AI-Powered Client Acquisition: How We Built an Autonomous Sales Pipeline
We built an autonomous advertising pipeline
At NOVARINT, we practice what we preach. As an advertising agency that helps businesses grow their digital presence, we decided to apply the same AI-driven approach to our own client acquisition.
The result: an autonomous pipeline that discovers potential clients, audits their digital presence, creates personalized demo websites, and generates targeted outreach — all without human intervention until the moment we decide to send an email.
How the pipeline works
Our pipeline follows a Design Thinking Sprint methodology, adapted for automation:
Phase 1: Empathize — Discover and understand
The Scout agent searches for businesses in target markets using public data sources. For each business, it discovers their website, LinkedIn profile, and Instagram presence. It scrapes the actual website content to understand what the business does — no guessing, no hallucinating.
This is crucial: every piece of information about the business comes from verified sources. The AI doesn't invent details about a company. It reads their website and reports what it finds.
Phase 2: Define — Audit the digital presence
The Auditor agent performs a professional-grade digital audit:
- Website analysis using Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics
- Core Web Vitals and page speed assessment
- SEO gap analysis (meta tags, structured data, mobile responsiveness)
- LinkedIn profile completeness and content strategy review
- Instagram presence and engagement assessment
Each finding is categorized by severity and linked to a specific business impact. We don't say "your meta tags are missing." We say "missing meta descriptions mean Google shows a random snippet instead of your value proposition, costing you an estimated 30% of potential clicks."
Phase 3: Ideate — Create the strategy
The Strategist agent takes the audit findings and creates a tailored improvement plan. It maps the customer journey, identifies drop-off points, and prioritizes actions using the Eisenhower Matrix (urgent/important).
The Orchestrator then reviews the strategy for quality, ensuring it's realistic, actionable, and aligned with what NOVARINT actually delivers.
Phase 4: Prototype — Build a demo website
This is where it gets interesting. The Creator agent doesn't generate code — it generates content. It selects from our library of hand-crafted website templates, discovers the business's brand identity (colors, tone, visual style), and writes all the copy: headlines, service descriptions, blog posts, contact details.
The result is a complete, multi-page demo website that shows the business owner exactly what their digital presence could look like. It uses their actual logo, their real address and phone number, and their industry-specific services.
Phase 5: Test — Deploy and reach out
The demo website goes live at a public URL. The Outreach agent then generates a personalized email sequence that references specific findings from the audit and links to the demo site. The email says: "We looked at your website and found these specific issues. Here's what a better version could look like."
We never send these emails automatically. Every email is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes out.
What we learned building this
Three lessons that apply to any business using AI for client-facing work:
- Never let AI invent facts. Our pipeline was initially hallucinating phone numbers, addresses, and even company names. We fixed this by pre-filling all factual data from verified sources and only letting the AI write creative copy. The AI fills in the blanks, but the structure and facts are always set by code.
- Templates beat generation. Asking an AI to generate an entire HTML website produces unpredictable, often broken results. Instead, we hand-crafted beautiful templates and let the AI fill in content. The result is consistently professional, loads fast, and never has broken layouts.
- Human oversight is the product. The pipeline's value isn't automation — it's that it surfaces opportunities and creates materials that a human expert can review, refine, and act on. The AI does the heavy lifting. The human makes the judgment call.
The results
Our pipeline processes a new target in about 15 minutes, from discovery to live demo site. The cost per target is under €0.50 in API calls. Each outreach email references specific, real findings about the recipient's business.
The response rates speak for themselves: when you show a business owner a concrete demo of what their website could look like — with their logo, their services, their contact details — they pay attention.
This is what AI in advertising looks like: not replacing human creativity, but amplifying human capability to a scale that wasn't possible before.
