TurboDoc
Orders, work orders and invoices arrive by mail. TurboDoc reads them, checks every line against your business system, asks the sender for what's missing, and only processes what a person approved. You don't buy "a mailbox with AI". You buy "this process is handled".

Each one ends the same way: done in your system, with your system's number to prove it.
A customer mails an order, as text, PDF or a photo of a scan. TurboDoc matches the customer, every article and every quantity against your system, flags the phased-out item and the odd delivery address, and drafts the question back. Once approved, the order is in — with its order number.
A technician finishes the job. TurboDoc compares hours with what was planned, checks the materials and the customer's signature, and asks for whatever is missing — so the invoice goes out right the first time.
Supplier invoices are read, matched to the supplier and the order, and booked in your administration after approval — not before.
Send a work order out, and the customer signs the finished work on the technician's phone — no app, no account, no DocuSign. Name, time and a sealed PDF with the audit trail go straight into the case.

AI reads what rules can't. But nothing it suggests reaches your administration without being checked against your data and approved by a person.
Every check shows its source. An approval holds for exactly one version — change anything and it's withdrawn.
A case is only done when your system confirmed it and TurboDoc read the result back.
